Eat Fuh is a family-run business specialising in Vietnam’s much loved national dish, Pho. They pride themselves on authenticity, fresh ingredients, rich flavours and stellar customer service. 

​While they offer both beef and chicken options served from their gigantic pot of pho, the menu also extends to include laksa, soups, spring rolls, Vietnamese baguettes and more. With humble beginnings as a regular at farmers markets their popularity quickly grew and now Eat Pho has five Sydney stores with Poots Point being the newest addition.

There are also non-pho menu items, including the wok tossed lemongrass beef or chicken noodle salad and they’re happy to make dishes vegan for Sydney’s herbivores. They’ll even throw in extra vegetables for free, if you ask nicely. Worth noting is that Eat Fuh is BYO, so pick up your favourite bottle on the way, so you can sip while you slurp.
